Poster abstracts must be submitted by May 10^th

To submit an abstract you must first register as a conference participant.
Registration information

Please read the submission rules and guidelines before submitting an abstract.

Abstracts must be submitted via the website; submissions by email will not be accepted.
You may submit more than one abstract. Finally, however, each abstract must be linked to a separate registration of a presenter, unless confirmed otherwise.
Abstracts must be original and submitted in English with a quality suitable for publication.
The EBEC Committee will make the final decision as to whether the abstract will be accepted.
Late abstracts may be considered for a poster presentation depending on space, and will not be published in the BBA EBEC Abstract Book.

Guidelines for submission

Use the template with formatting instructions.

Length: The entire abstract including authors, author affiliations, title and references (if any) must be no smaller than 150 and no longer than 400 words. Do not include tables and figures.
Use standard abbreviations and SI Units. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears.
The presentation must be balanced and contain no commercial promotional content.
Submissions may not contain patient names, hospital ID numbers or other identifying information.
You may log in to make changes to your abstract up to the submission deadline.
You will receive an abstract reference number via email after you have submitted your abstract. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
Contact us if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been submitted.
Do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
